When REVOLTECH introduced the TAKEYA series where they took a giant step to make Japanese deities into pose-able figures, I was one of those that do not feel comfortable with the concept as respecting religion figures.
Now another toy company MEISTER JAPAN took another step further to create Ultraman into some of the identities of deities.
The whole series will be total of 12 releasing in batches. Each with a height of 160mm.
This is series 1 which already released in June 2013
This is series 2 which will be releasing this month September 2013
This is series 3 which will be releasing in November 2013.
There will be a special edition for Ultra Seven with two more side figures. This will be releasing in November 2013 at the price of 7980 Yen
I don't know about you but I do feel a bit weird. However I know Ultraman was someone special with a long history in Japan so I shall not comment much.
