Amigurumi from Geek Central Station

I came across some Amigurumi recently by Geek Central Station. Amigurumi according to wiki is a Japanese art of knitting or crocheting small stuffed animals and anthropomorphic creatures. The word is derived from a combination of the Japanese words ami, meaning crocheted or knitted, and nuigurumi, meaning stuffed doll.

These are no ordinary Amigurumi. At one look, I noticed the devotion to details that were put in their works.

Something from their Starwars series.
Darth Vader

The band of Rebels

Leia as a Boushh bounty hunter, come with a thermal detonator too!

Boba Fett

One of my favorite character in Knight of the old republic, Revan.

If that does not knock off the socks, take a look at the details on their Lord of the Rings series.

Gimli

Close up on Gimli's helmet.

King Aragorn

The witchking with such likeness.

These adorable figures were joint efforts by a couple. I was so impressed with them that requested an interview with them and it will be publish shortly.

You can take a look at more of LOTR Amigurumi by Geek Central here.
