It’s me Mr. B and I’m honored to be a guest writer for Open The Toy again. Here is my post on the Toys”R”us toy fair happening at City Square Mall atrium from 15 to 17 August 2013 (15 August is for Toys”R”Us card members only while the other 2 days are open to public).
With the help of the Toys”R”Us card I borrowed from Open The Toy for the purchase of Hasbro Transformers Masterpiece Soundwave (Open The Toy will post the review soon), I took the opportunity to have a look of the sale on the first day that was open for Toys"R"Us members.
Although I was on time to reached the venue, the entrance queue has started and I took some photos of the enthusiasts waiting in line.
There are 3 sections of toys and etc. on sale at the atrium which include boy's toys, girl's toys and Lego toys
Not forgetting Prams, children bicycles,etc.
Some toys spotted are Transformers toys...
Educational toys for kids, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles figurines...
and NERF guns.
I did not buy anything from the sale as most of the toys are not on my wanted-list. This was more of a observatory trip than a buying toy trip.
In my opinion, more and more of this kind of sale are a no-go for me as most of the toys on sale are in terrible condition such as parts defect or terrible packaging conditions.
Once again, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Open The Toy (especially for his Toys”R”us card) for inviting me as a guest writer for this sale event.
