The two weeks Gundam event in Singapore is coming to the end. I managed to pop by yesterday to see have a last round of visit. I was glad that I made it in time to catch some of the events that was happening that day. I asked myself, how do you consider the event was a success?
For one, the workshop were full house!
Those who attended the workshop were a mixture of gender and ages.
The event promised to showcase coming kits.
for all ages.
while releasing some cool kits.
Delta plus a hot kit!
The event also an time to award the winners of the Model Kit Challenge a few month ago presented by Mr Kawaguchi, a famous modeler from Japan.
One of the winner of Junior category,Desmond who get his award to be autographed by Mr. Kawaguchi.
For the Open category, Toymaker is the winner.
Since it was coming to an end, it was a good time to do a lucky draw for those who purchased items during the event.
Five grand prizes to be given away
The top prize, a trip to Japan to visit Bandai Hobby Center. He is a Lucky winner.
The five happy Lucky draw winners.
As for me, the main highlight that make this Gundam Fiesta Singapore special is this custom kit from Japan.
The Merlion Gundam especially made for Singapore.
Yes, do not doubt, it's gundam. Can you see the face inside?
Taking the tone of Singapore Merlion in White, it also did what Merlion does best. Doing the fountain.
It was a diorama with some Acguy lying around the Merlion Gundam
So that's wrap up the whole Gundam Fiesta 2010 in Singapore. So do you think it is a success to you?
