The Matrix Online Unplug soon

Sony Online Entertainment which taken over The Matrix Online game counting to four years ago managed to keep the game and story alive. But no longer, they have decided to pull the plug for good on July 31, 2009. The official announcement can be found on the community forum.


Personally I never get to play it online. The circle of friends whom play online games never pick this game up. Anyone played Matrix online before? I guess here in Asia the online game was not so popular as the movie.

As all knowing oracle in The Matrix movie would has said it, "Everything that has a beginning, has an end, Neo."
